📦 Returns

  • We accept returns only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong product delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

    • Unused and in original condition

    • In original packaging

  • You must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery.

🎥 Proof Required

  • Please share clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.

  • This helps us verify and process your request faster.

💰 Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Refund will be issued via:

    • Original payment method, or

    • Bank transfer (for COD orders)

🔁 Replacement

  • In case of damaged or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, based on availability.

❌ Non-Returnable Cases

  • Opened or used products

  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery

  • Products damaged due to misuse

🚚 Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
